About ZeroKit

Why this exists

ZeroKit started from a simple frustration: needing a quick tool — an invoice, a rate calculator, a JSON formatter — and instead running into a sign-up wall, a paywall, or a page buried in ads before you can use it. ZeroKit is the opposite of that. It's a library of 50 small, focused tools that just open and work.

How it works

Every tool on this site runs entirely client-side, right in your browser. There are no accounts, no servers processing your data, and no hidden API calls sending your information anywhere. If a tool saves anything, it's saved locally on your own device and nowhere else.

Free and open source

ZeroKit is, and will stay, completely free to use. The goal is for it to also be fully open source — so anyone can see exactly how each tool works, suggest improvements, fix a bug, or build on top of it themselves. No tool here will ever be locked behind a subscription.
